❓ Can I create a user on Tise without logging in via Facebook?
👩💬 No, unfortunately. For security reasons, all Tise users have to log in via Facebook.
❓ Do I have to show my full name?
👩💬 All Tise users have to enter their full name. The name shown in the app is the name you have registered on Facebook.
❓ Can I change my profile picture?
👩💬 No. It is not possible to change your profile picture, as it is linked to your Facebook account.
If you change your profile picture on Facebook, it will also change on Tise.
❓ How do I change my username?
👩💬 Unfortunately, you can not change your username. The only option is to delete the user and create a new one. If you delete the user, all Tisepoints and TiseCash you have earned will be lost.

❓ Why do I have to enter my location?
👩💬 Your location is used to show what´s for sale on tise close to you.
If you do not want your location to be automatically retrieved, turn off this feature under app settings on your phone. You will then have to enter a position every time you open the app
❓ What’s TiseCash?
👩💬 An active Tiser earns TisePoints! TisePoints is not a currency, but for each TisePoint you earn, you also earn a TiseCash. TiseCash can be used to make great deals in the CashStore.

❓ Do I lose TisePoints if I delete a tise?
👩💬 Yes. If you delete a tise, you lose all the points and TiseCash that you have earned through it.
It is therefore recommended that you mark items as "sold" when they are no longer available, instead of deleting them.
❓ How do I share a link to my Tise profile?

❓ I´m having trouble creating a tise account via Facebook. What can I do?
👩💬 If it's been a long time since you downloaded the Tise app, try deleting it and reinstalling it. If this does not resolve the issue, check if you have given Tise access to your Facebook profile and the email you have registered on Facebook. If Tise doesn´t have access to this, the app won´t work.
If it still doesn´t work, you can access a Tise profile on our website, such as Jennys (https://tiseit.com/jennyskavlan) and click the "+ Follow" button. You will then be prompted to log in or create user via Facebook from your PC. This might resolve your issue and you can try logging in from your smartphone.
❓ Why am I connected via a Facebook account that is not mine?
👩💬 If you happened to be logged into someone else´s Facebook account while you were creating your Tise account, either in the Facebook app or in the browser on your smartphone there might have been a mixup. This is because we use the information given by Facebook to set up an account.
To sort this out simply go to Facebook, both through the app and in your browser, check if it's logged in to someone else's account. If so, just log in to your own Facebook profile and try creating a new profile through the Tise app again. And most importantly, tell your friends to log out from Facebook when they borrow your phone.
❓ It´s seems like I have created two Tise accounts by mistake. How do I access my original account?
👩💬 To delete your new account, copy the following link and paste it into a browser: https://tiseit.com/account/delete/me
Then access Facebook, both through the app and in your browse and check if it's logged in to someone else account. If so, log in to your own Facebook profile and try the Tise app again.
If this does not solve the problem, try logging in via the email address that you have registered on your Facebook profile. Then go to: https://tiseit.com/forgot and enter the email address of your Facebook account, then put a password on your user.
When you open the app again, you can login by email and password under "Tise Plus".
❓ How do I turn off email notifications?
👩💬 Currently, it is not possible to turn off email notification
❓ I'm having trouble with the app. What can I do?
👩💬 You can try deleting the app and reinstalling it. Once this is done you can also make sure you have the latest version of the operating system on your smartphone.
If this does not solve the problem, please send us a screenshot describing the situation. We also need to know which phone and model you are using, what operating system you are using and what version of Tise you are using (you can see this in the bottom of the "Settings" in the app).
